Here at BST Furniture we try to ensure that the products you order reach you undamaged and in a timely fashion. We want you to be 100 % confident when you place an order with us.
We aim to dispatch the items you ordered as soon as practicably possible in order for them to arrive within the target delivery date. All of our item are dispatched within 1-3 days.(It is possible an order will be accepted with insufficient stock to fulfill that order. In case of items being out of stock, we will dispatch as soon as new stock arrives unless you request a refund.)
Areas we deliver to: We deliver only within the United Kingdom and do not deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays. Time frames shown provided by carriers and cannot be guaranteed. Delivery can be made to the majority of UK addresses excluding P.O boxes.Unfortunately at this time we cannot take orders for delivery to British Forces Post Offices (BFPO), Freight Forwarders, international addresses or The Channel Islands (GY, JE).
Delivery options: We deliver our products for free in most of the UK but there are extra costs for some areas. These will be made clear to you during the checkout process. Delivery times are mentioned on each products' page and include standart delivery which takes 5-7 working days. (Please note that we don't have any control over carriers so we are not responsible for any delays caused by them.) If there are any delivery delays you will be contacted by a member of our team. Our aim is to keep you updated at all times.
Please note that some of the items sold on our website are delivered direct from our suppliers. Lead times for these items do vary from 5 working days up to 28 days.(This will be made clear to you in the relevant product page.) Please be aware that we can only arrange for delivery of these products to mainland UK addresses.
All deliveries will be shipped by recognised carriers and will have tracking numbers in most of the cases.
You can return any product you purchase from us within 30 Days of receipt for a full refund. (14 Days to notify us). We will even pay the return costs if the return is a result of our error (incorrect or defective item). In this case we offer an exchange or refund as appropriate.
Returns procedure: Should you wish to return any product purchased from our website, please contact us on 0333 050 1972 (Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm - call charges may vary by network) or via email to: firstname.lastname@example.org who will provide you with Returns instructions. (Please note that the contact address on the website is not accepting any returns and if you decide to return an item to that address we can't ensure your refund or replacement.)

These terms and conditions regulate the relationship between yourself (the customer) and Bestsales Trade Ltd (BST FURNITURE).
The following terms and conditions are valid for all transactions taking place at BST Furniture. We treat any order you place as a purchase of our products, which means that our terms and conditions are valid. By placing an order you accept these terms and conditions. We recommend that you read them carefully and print a copy for future reference. Nothing in our terms and conditions is intended to affect a buyer’s statutory rights as a consumer.
Most of our products are delivered flat pack with full instructions on assembly.
All specifics, pictures and other product information such as assembled sizes and weights may be subject to change at any time. However our intention is to keep all information on our website as accurate and up to date as possible.
Whilst product is manufactured in our partners factories we keep stock in UK warehouses, with an intention to deliver to customers within a few days, our website will always show stock availability. Our prices include delivery charge for most areas of the UK. For the following postcodes an extra charge applies (postcodes AB, DD, DG, EH, FK, G, IV, KA, KY, KW, ML, PA, PH, SA, TD, TR) BST Furniture endeavors to keep to expected delivery times.
Should we be unable to deliver within the set date, we will naturally inform the customer and decide on a new delivery date. BST Furniture is never responsible for any losses, costs, damages or expenses that the customer or delivery company takes on as a direct or indirect consequence of us not being able to deliver on time.
The rights are passed on to the customer when the full price for a product has been paid. All risks are passed on to the customer at delivery.
Please note we have a no returns policy once goods have been signed for, however we supply replacement faulty or missing parts free of charge.
Prices and payment
All prices shown on our website are exclusive of VAT, which will be charged at the prevailing rate UK 20%. Payment of the price plus any applicable VAT and delivery charges must be made in full before any goods are dispatched.
Payment by credit/debit card, please choose from listed cards accepted by us, please fill out your information, you will then receive an invoice confirmation by email.

Shortages or damage
Claims for non-delivery must be made within 7 working days from receipt of invoice. Claims for shortages and damage must also be made within 7 working days of receipt of goods. If carrier damage, goods should be refused, or if accepted details of damage made clear on delivery documentation.
We only approve returns in their original packaging. At the reimbursement, the cost for the return will be deducted.
If goods are damaged or lost by the carrier in transit or refused by customer this should be clearly seen on our carrier’s websites. Should this be the case we of course can raise a claim and despatch immediate replacements zero cost to customer.
Upon arrival you must examine your order for transportation damages. Damaged packaging may indicate that the product is also damaged. In this case, please refuse the order and contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 4 days, remember to provide your order number and, if possible, photos showing the damage. We will immediately start working on your case and keep you informed. It is important you that you do not accept items if there is damage to packaging unless of course you wish to accept and request spare parts if needed.

We use your personal data to process your order. The law requires us to ask for your approval to use these data. All information will be treated confidentially. Your data will be used to analyze customer needs and, with your consent, we will send you offers, newsletters and other marketing. Your data will not at any point be transferred to a third party.
BST Furniture has no obligation to pay damages if we fail to deliver, should delivery be made difficult or impossible due to unforeseen events that occur after an order is accepted. Examples of force majeure are: natural disasters, mobilization, war, lock-outs, riots, work-related conflicts, energy crises, damage to machinery, fire, epidemics, denial of import or export etc. as well as situations where transportation is made difficult or impossible.
